This is the best experience I have ever had with a repair service. It is always hard to know who you can trust when you are calling various contractors for a repair. From the moment Jeff walked in the door it was apparent that he cares. My furnace was out in the middle of winter and he even phoned the next day to make sure it was still running for me. Everyone I have dealt with at Climate Technology portrays those same values and it was a comfort to know who I could call and trust when the air conditioning went out recently. Honest, dependable and affordable… a rare find these days and I am forever grateful to have found them!

Fast responds on mostly weekends which I had problems on weeekends and holidays. Reasonable servce charge also plus. Especially, tech carries some parts in their car which helped for weekend repair.
