Annual Air Conditioning Maintenance
To ensure your air conditioner lives a long and healthy life, we recommend and provide an annual air conditioning system checkup. This checkup incudes:
- A visual inspection of your air conditioners coils;
- Blow out and inspection of the condenser;
- Inspection of the capacitor and contacts;
- An Amperage test of the compressor and fan motor;
- Testing the temperature differential across the evaporative coils;
- Blow out of the condensate drain; and
- Running the air conditioner system to ensure proper system operations.
