• A certified technician who was originally recruited to join our team because of his character & values and then his level of expertise. All of our employees must define integrity when interviewing with us.
• An upfront price. Nobody likes “the bill” especially for something like this. The best we can do is give you a repair fee prior to fixing the problem. That way you know what to expect.  It just seems fair.
